Our Project Managers play a crucial part in our company. They are the ones reviewing plans, bidding on jobs, and then overseeing the jobs won from start to finish. 

From coordinating with general contractors, vendors, suppliers and customers to working closely with the Superintendent and project team, our Commercial Roofing Project Managers exhibit strong multi-tasking, follow-through and all-around leadership skills.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience 

• Minimum three (3) years of construction industry experience.
• Strong background in Commercial Construction, with a knowledge in roofing materials, techniques & requirements
• Experience multi-tasking while planning, organizing and following through with impactful roofing projects
• The ability to work in a fast paced work environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• The desire to grow their career professionally
• The desire to drive the growth of a highly reputable roofing contractor
• The desire to mentor Project Manager Interns
• Strong track record with client relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds and comfortable visiting actual job sites about 50% of the time (without fear of heights)
